Breaking Free, hold a peer support group meetings , for more information about joining us, please use our contacts page to get in touch.

 

These groups are used to either express your emotions and feelings with likeminded people, or to sit and just listen to others talk about what you might me going through. There are also people in the group who are living with partners who suffer from mental health, who share their stories and get help with their day to day struggles.

 

It's an open friendly group, with no pressure to talk,
